My Evolution

Tyge Aleksander is a Transformation Life and Wellness Coach specializing in PTSD, C-PTSD and unresolved-trauma symptoms including anxiety and depression and is the founder of the Up-Level 30 coaching Program. Skilled in Trauma Coaching, Crisis Management, Wellness Coaching, Emergency Management, LGBTQ Coaching and Energy Healing, Aleksander earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Science, a master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, a master's degree in Global and Cross-Cultural Medicine, and attended medical school at the American University of Antigua, College of Medicine. He is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach, a reiki master, and a meditation and mindfulness instructor and lives in New York City. Having been affected by trauma in his youth, having witnessed the attacks of 9/11, and the devastating effects of the war in Afghanistan and Serbia on his family, he’s dedicated his life to understanding and treating trauma-related issues. Most recently, Aleksander has signed on as Starwood Preferred Guest Hotels (SPG) new Fitness and Wellness Programs Director. In examining the role that wellness plays in hospitality, he hopes to improve and re-define the overall guest experience. According to him, since wellness never stops, hospitality is in an unique position to promote and champion the guest experience and people’s perception of wellness.

Having worked with clients over time and watching people heal when they thought there was no hope has been extraordinary gift. He is proud to launch his new coaching model, Up-Level 30, a proven thirty-day program designed to develop sustainable work/life balance through meditation-wellness practices that will improve and ‘up-level’ every area of your life. Developed through Aleksander’s years of personal and professional study combined with proven client practices, coaching and research, Up-Level 30 is a two-part program that is perfect for corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and creatives. The program combines elements of ayurvedic breath, mindfulness meditation, transcendental meditation, and the latest research on gratitude and forgiveness.

The one piece of advice that he has to offer all young men and women is to look in the mirror and Love yourself! Step into your own power and dare to be the beautiful person you are.
